Terms & conditions
Version 1.0-draft · Effective date to be set · Draft pending legal review
These terms apply when you, as a consumer, buy from this shop. They never limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen) and the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), or the equivalent rules in your EU country.

2. Products and availability
We sell printed posters, art prints and postcards. Product pages describe size, format and paper. Colours on screen may differ slightly from print. Stock is checked when you pay; if an item nonetheless can't be delivered we tell you and refund you in full without delay.
3. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency you choose (SEK or EUR). Each currency has its own fixed price list — prices are not converted at an exchange rate. The amount shown in the cart, including shipping, is the amount charged. VAT information: VAT status to be confirmed by the seller
4. Ordering and order acceptance
You place an order by accepting these terms and pressing "Order and pay". The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then send a confirmation to the email you give at checkout.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Available payment methods are shown in the payment form.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs and delivery estimates for your country are shown in the cart before you pay. See Shipping & returns. The risk for the goods passes to you when you (or someone you name) receive them. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us — we will resolve it with the carrier; this is not your responsibility.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal form below — you only need your order reference and email — or send us a clear statement by email. Details are in Shipping & returns.
Withdraw from a purchase8. Complaints and faulty goods
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you have the right to complain under the Consumer Sales Act, for up to three years from delivery. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after noticing the problem, ideally with a photo. We will repair, replace, give a price reduction or refund, as the law provides. Withdrawal (section 7) and complaints are separate rights.
9. Refunds
Refunds are made with the same payment method you used, in the currency you paid, without undue delay.
10. Disputes
Please contact us first. If we can't agree, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Consumers in other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (Konsument Europa in Sweden).
11. Governing law
Swedish law applies. As a consumer resident in another EU country you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
