Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The period starts the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, it starts when you receive the last one. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end.
Printing a standard design after you order does not remove this right. Only genuinely personalised products made to your own specifications could be an exception, and we would tell you clearly before purchase.
How to withdraw
- Use the withdrawal form below — you only need your order reference and email, or
- send a clear statement to anu@toothfairy.com.
You'll receive an acknowledgement. Your withdrawal is valid as soon as you send it — it doesn't need our approval.
Returning the goods
Send the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to: return address to be confirmed
who pays return shipping is to be confirmed
Refunds
We refund everything you paid, including standard shipping, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund until we have the goods back or you show proof you've sent them, whichever comes first. The refund is made to your original payment method, in the same currency. If an item was handled more than needed to check it and lost value, we may deduct that loss.
Withdrawal vs. complaint
Withdrawing means changing your mind about an item that is fine. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, that is a complaint — please write to us instead. Complaints are handled under the Consumer Sales Act and don't count against your withdrawal right. See Terms.
